Scrolling large feeds

Feeds that contain items frequently over a screenful of text/images (such as http://feeds.joystiq.com/weblogsinc/joystiq) I find really annoying to navigate. I use cursor up/down to switch feeds and space/M to read through the feeds, however when items contain over a screenful i then have to use the mouse to click inside the browser, and only then am I able to use Page Up/Dn to read the next bit. When I want to switch feeds again, I then have to revert back to the mouse as focus has changed.

Is there anyway around this? I'd love SPACE to scroll down to the next screen if items are not able to be shown on one screen.

Also, I'd like to request being able to type in a page number. When navigating to page 13 of 20, it can take a while...
