Does Brief support 3.0 RC1?

Hi,

I recently upgraded to 3.0 RC1 from 2.0.0.14. My favorite Firefox RSS reader (Sage) isn't supported anymore so I'm looking for a good lightweight Firefox RSS reader.

I tried installing Brief 1.2b2 and disabled compatibility checking so the extension would install. But Brief doesn't seem to work - I tried pointing it toward my folder containing all my Live Bookmarks, but Brief doesn't display any content in the lower left area at all so the content tree is completely blank. All I see are the "Unread", "Starred", and "Trash" categories on the upper left.

I opened my error console. The only error message I'm getting is that .../extensions/brief@mozdev.org/defaults/data/feedview-template/html may not load or link to chrome://brief-mac/skin/mac.css.

Any idea if RC1 will be supported soon, or am I not configuring Brief correctly?

Thank you for the post. My chrome.manifest file was set correctly, but I hit the bug of installing fresh. I deleted brief.sqlite, uninstalled the extension, then installed the previous version (1.2 beta 1) and that works.

I didn't mention that I'm running Firefox 3 RC1 on OS X 10.5, but that seems to have come out during the discussion.
