Brief and Images

Had Brief for a good few months and it is excellent other than sometimes images show on a news section and sometimes they don't. As an example there was a news items and it had teh image however the was an add 'update notifier' on update so I updated, shut down the browser and re-opened and the news items was there but the image and images from other news had disapeared.
Help appreciated.

First thing to do is to rule out conflicts with other add-ons. Try Brief and a few Live Bookmarks in a new profile. While testing Brief in this new profile, you should monitor the Error Console (Tools > Error Console) for any Brief related error messages. If you find any, record them and post them here.
If Brief works as it should in the new profile, then one or more of your other add-ons is conflicting with Brief in your original profile. If Brief doesn't work as it should in the new profile, then there may be bugs in need of fixing. What's your OS and Firefox version by the way?

Running Vista Business SP2 and Firefox 3.5.2. Just been in and had a look and one news message and it had all the images! No error messages showing. Will monitor and see what's what and come back to you.

If you're using RequestPolicy or something like that, add 'brief' and 'brief-content' to allowed origins list.

Thanks for that last note! I am indeed using RequestPolicy, and you've just solved my only problem with Brief.
