Brief - feed reading extension for Firefox

i'm not sure if someone reported this aready or if you're working on a fix. i made a quick search and found nothing.
in order to open scrapbook in the sidebar you can use a combination of keys (alt + K). when brief is enabled this shortcut does not work.
can something be done? it's not possible to set a diferent shortcut for scrapbook.
